We respond to enquiries within two business days, typically sooner. For time-sensitive matters, please indicate urgency in your message and we'll prioritise accordingly.

Helpful context for your enquiry includes your organisation type and size, the nature of AI-related questions you're facing, any relevant timeline constraints, and which of our services appears most relevant to your needs.
That said, don't let perfectionism delay reaching out. Brief enquiries are welcome—we can gather additional context during our initial conversation.

All client discussions are treated as confidential by default. We never disclose client identities or engagement details without explicit permission. Our research publications use aggregated and anonymised data unless specific attribution is requested and approved.
